Users Or Non-users Think That .......

The feedback section is intended for concise questions and feedback, not debates.

We don't have a forum as they sound like a great idea in theory but they rarely seem to work in practice.

Instead we offer a facility where thought out questions and comments can be made without being diluted with vague, off topic and rude replies made by people who haven't had to think about what they type.

Real world fitness information
I would be very interested to know real world numbers for the fitness questions. For cycling Max Speed For 5 Minutes & Average Speed For A 60 Minute Ride and for running the Best Time For 1 Mile & Best Time For 5K. The calculator uses them to build a best guess of the runner and cyclists fitness levels and this is important for some of the calculations, but real world number are quite hard to acquire.
